NOW ~ I AM all about eating foods that are not full of sh!t ingredients or highly processed. I am about foods that support my health and these cookies are just that!
✨These oatmeal chocolate chip cookies have 5g of protein per cookie and loaded with fibre! The perfect ingredients to support your energy and hormones levels, all while satisfying your craving.
💫HEALTHY TIP: I would pair one (or 2🙈) of these cookies with a cup of green tea and 3/4 cup of Greek yogourt to level up an even healthier snack and protein intake.
1/4 tsp baking soda
1/4 tsp salt
1 cup of oats (you can use GF)
1/2 cup almond flour
1/2 cup of vanilla protein (I used @goodprotein)
1/2 cup almond butter
1/4 maple syrup
1/3 cup unsweetened apple sauce
1 tsp vanilla
Cinnamon
1/4 cup no crap chocolate chips OR raisins!
~ Bake at 350 degrees
~ Put the above ingredients in a bowl and mix well.
~ scoop evenly onto your cookie sheet (**using my stoneware again in my goal to rid of toxic stuff in my kitchen**)
~ bake for 11-12 minutes
~ seriously … allow to cool off before moving them or eating!!
~ Makes 15
