  • Initial 20 MINUTE phone OR video consult to discuss current habits, lifestyle, goals & discuss HOW I can help

​

  • FOUR 60-MINUTE monthly phone OR video call check-ins (done weekly) to discuss the past week, reflect & plan of action for the week ahead​

​

  • Guidance of simple weekly actions chosen by yourself to build upon your current goal​​

​

  • Check-ins Mon/Wed/Fri via whatsapp for support, guidance, meal pics, weekly action feedback and accountability in between calls.

  • Monthly $340 (HST INCLUDED)
