APPLE BANANA MUFFINS🍎

With 5G of protein per muffin + loaded with fibre these muffins make the perfect midday snack!


I love creating nutrient-dense recipes to support your well-being! Recipes that keep you feeling full, give you energy and satisfy your sweet tooth without sacrificing your health!


In a bowl add:


3 bananas, mashed

3 eggs

1 cup @flourishpancakes buttermilk (use code: Jeanne24 for 10%)

1 large apple, peeled & shredded

2 tsp vanilla

1 tsp cinnamon

1/2 tsp apple pie spice

1/4 cup unsweetened cranberries or raisins


~ Mix gently.

~ Spray your muffin pan & evenly distribute between the holes.

~ Bake at 350 degrees for 18-20 minutes.

~ Makes 12


🍎Make sure to wait for them to cool down before eating!!!!
