Private training is dedicated and customized to your unique goals. The packages below are not set in stone. I am more than happy to work with you to design a package that meets your individual and financial needs. Whether it is adding in nutrition or more fitness, we will develop a plan to suit your goals.

  • 45-minute session $70 (HST INCLUDED) 

  • 60-minute session $85 (HST INCLUDED)

(Additional fees for off-site travel)

  • Initial phone consult to address lifestyle & goals

  • Eight customized private training session per month (virtual, in-person or off-site)

​

  • Access to Love for Fitness On-Demand workout library for additional workout days you're not with coach​

MONTHLY PRICING:

  • 30-min sessions $340 (HST INCLUDED)

  • 45-min sessions $520 (HST INCLUDED)

  • 60-min sessions $640 (HST INCLUDED)

KRISTEN 

When I walked into my first workout session with Jeanne, I explained how my age, busy mom-life of three and symptoms of perimenopause had me feeling down in the dumps and "stuck." I felt uncomfortable in my skin. I felt tired, and I was having trouble kick starting a consistent movement regime. In the months that followed that initial meeting, my perspective on lifestyle, working out, and most importantly my perspective on myself - completely shifted. 

 

Working with Jeanne has been the best decision I have made for my health - both mental and physical. She has helped me cut through all of the noise and misinformation which previously shaped my warped sense of what being healthy should look like and feel like. Through conversations, supportive feedback and providing me with workouts that suit my capabilities, Jeanne continues to show me the importance and benefits of slowing down during my workouts. This helps me focus on proper form and isolated movements which target specific areas of my body. She challenges me to safely push myself to my maximum and listen to my own body in order to make meaningful mind-body connections. But perhaps most importantly, Jeanne has taught me to take control of my own health, cut the excuses and to embrace my body and age for what it is - strong, beautiful and extremely capable.
