Mint Chocolate Chip Ice Cream

This Summer, I will still hit my body & protein goals ~ while eating icecream!

Steal my protein ice recipe & all my tips for making the perfect icecream with your creami👇🏻

MY TIPS👇🏻

🍨 First, @goodprotein is going to make this easy for you! They have so many flavours to choose from and is my go to protein supplement! (use JEANNESC30 to save $$ or head to this link https://goodprotein.ca/JEANNESC30 )

🍨You will need to invest in a Creami! I grabbed mine on Amazon a few years ago. You can check my

store for the one I bought.

🍨I have done the base with @yofiit mylk which adds more protein and lowers the calories. As well, as canned light coconut mylk, which is more calorie-dense. You can use whatever mylk you want. Especially, if you want to ⬆️ the protein and lower the calories lower.

🍨Many protein ice cream recipes call for sugar free jello as the binder. I use @1upnutrition unflavoured collagen! It adds 15g of protein, binds and it’s not full of chemicals and shit ingredients. (Use Jeanne20 to save $)

🍨Don’t under freeze! Make sure to freeze for 8 hours or overnight.

🍨When you’re ready to spin in your Creami ~ run the sides of the container under warm water for a couple minutes. To loosen from the edges.

🍨Spin on the soft serve setting.

🍨When and or if it looks chalky once the spin is done ~ add a tablespoon of your mylk choice. And press re-spin. The texture should be amazing 👌🏼

🍨If it looks more like soft serve, you may have left in freezer long enough. Or ran it under the hot water too long. It will still be delicious though!
