Chia Protein Jam

Did you know … women should be getting 25g of fibre every day!


Most are not even coming close!


Fibre is a form of carbohydrate that aids in digestion. Which helps to rid of waste from our bodies. Adding more fibre to your meals and snacks will help to keep you feeling fuller longer between meals.


I have been mixing 2tbsp with 3/4 cup plain Greek yogourt for a delicious protein and fibre packed afternoon snack!


💕This whole recipe has 280 calories, 16g of fibre and 19g of protein! You could literally eat this whole recipe in one shot ~ but don’t 😅


THE RECIPE 😋


1 cup frozen berries, thawed & mashed

2 tbsp chia seeds

1 tbsp maple syrup

1/2 tsp cinnamon

1 scoop collagen (I used @1upnutrition which has 14g of protein)


~ mix the above together and store in an airtight jar in the fridge.


nutritional values will vary depending on the collagen you use
