Mini Egg Protein Bark

I’m all about making my own protein snacks!! With ingredients that balance hormones, keep you feeling full, give you energy and help you reach your health goals!


I finally got my mini egg @goodprotein and decided I needed to make something so amazing with this protein supplement!


This whole recipe has 69g of protein. I would recommend you break it up into atleast 10 pieces! This is so delicious and PLEASE don’t eat it all at once ~ because I am advising against that🫣


THE RECIPE 👇🏻


✨540 ml can of chickpeas

~ I like to drain and rinse.

~ Then allow to sit on a paper towel to take excess water off

~ then roast in oven or air fry on 400 degrees for 20-25 minutes

~ allow to cool off


✨1/2 cup chocolate chips

1 tbsp coconut oil

~ Melt in microwave

~ do 20 second intervals, stir and repeat til melted


✨One scoop of mini egg @goodprotein (I am sure chocolate would work well too)


~ mix all together

~ place mixture on parchment paper

~ try to flatten the best you can


✨1/2 pack of micro mini eggs (optional)

~ press them into chocolate


~ place in freezer for 30 minutes

~ remove and cut or break into pieces.

~ store in freezer in a container or ziploc bag and take out one piece at a time!
