COOKIE DOUGH PROTEIN BITES

5.75g of protein per ball



I love creating nutrient-dense recipes to support my well-being! Recipes that keep me feeling full, give me energy and satisfy my sweet tooth without sacrificing my health goals.


My go-to protein is Good Protein! I love how they have so many flavours that I can create many recipes with!


In a bowl add:


2 scoops of goodprotein cookie n’ cream protein (42g)

1/4 cup almond flour (8g)

1/4 cup plain Greek yogourt (5g)

1/4 cup almond butter (12g)

1-2 tbsp maple syrup

2 tbsp m*lk (I used @yofitt ~ 2g protein)

1/4 cup zero refined sugar chocolate chips


~ Mix ingredients in a bowl.

~ Take a cookie scoop or tbsp and divine mixture into 12 bite size balls.

~ store in the fridge


Makes 12


I often make a double batch! These go fast in our home.
