
Cookie Dough Oats

I am a BIG advocate of a protein-packed breakfast! So if TIME is your struggle then take 5 minutes to whip this up the night before and have it ready for you in the morning.
This whole recipe has 43g of protein!
Put in in one container for breakfast or split it into two for your protein snacks 😋
The Recipe:
1/3 cup oat flour (just grounded oats)
1 scoop @goodprotein mini egg (you could use chocolate or vanilla too)
1/3 cup @yofitt mylk (or your choice of mylk)
2 tbsp coconut flour
1/3 cup vanilla Greek yogourt
1 tsp vanilla
1 tbsp chocolate chips
~ add them into a bowl & mix gently
~ you can add the chocolate chips to the batter or sprinkle on top
~ add batter to container
~ put in fridge overnight
