My version of “Japanese cheesecake”

Portion awareness is something that many people struggle with.


So, making a huge tub of greek yogourt with 14+ cookies in it (like the original recipe calls for) and watching someone eat from the whole tub is NOT realistic. Or will it help anyone reach their health and fitness goals.


So, I made my own version that is higher protein + portion friendly ✨


This recipe makes 2 servings.


46g of protein per serving

367 calories per serving


1 cup Greek yogourt (oikos high protein)

1 scoop chai @goodprotein

1 tbsp water

3 Anna’s ginger thins


Mix the yogourt + protein + water together.

Get 2 small containers.

Layer a ginger thin on the bottoms.

Top with yogourt mixture.

Then another cookie.

Then yogourt

Lastly, top with another cookie
