Latte Yogourt Bowl

If you’re 35+ and still skipping breakfast ~ you best start growing up! Because you are wrecking not only your hormones, but you are killing your workout gains!


Stop complaining you’re too busy, you’re not hungry and every other excuse and make this recipe!

THE RECIPE:


3/4 cup vanilla Greek yogourt (I used so good 16g protein)

1/3 cup left over brewed coffee

1 scoop collagen (I used @1upnutrition 15g protein)

Dash of cinnamon

1 tbsp chia seeds (2.3g protein)


~ Mix together in a bowl

~ transfer to another bowl

~ sprinkle with 1/2 tsp cacao

~ store in fridge for a minimum 3-5 hrs or overnight
