Honestly, these were so easy to make, I cannot believe I have not made them before!! Coming in with over 9g of protein each ~ this girl will be making them on repeat!
The perfect addition to my weekly meals!
I will not buy any from the store again!
I tried these 2 times. 2 different ways.
The first time I boiled for 60 seconds in water ~ as many recipes suggested how the traditional bagel is done.
Then baked them for 350 degrees for 30min.

The second time I did not boil them.
Without boiling them ~ they rose more and the bagel hole closed while in the oven. I baked them at 400 degrees for 25min.
I like this way better.

I won’t be boiling them going forward.
You can do you. I am sharing my experiences with you.
Here’s the recipe and instructions:
1 cup of organic flour (I used Anita’s mill)
1 cup plain Greek yogourt (I used so good)
2 tsp baking powder
A couple cracks of pink salt
~ mix together until it gets crumbly
~ then knead it together til dough forms
~ flour a pastry mat or wood board
~ roll into a ball
~ cut into 4 pieces
~ roll out each piece
~ create bagel shape and pinch each end.
(This is where you would boil in water if you wanted to)
~ place on baking sheet
** whisk up an egg
~ do a little egg wash on each side
~ top with everything bagel seasoning
~ bake in oven at 400 degrees for 25 minutes. Each oven will vary!!!
Keep you eye on them!!!
ENJOY!
