Skip the over crowded gyms and join my small group training! Where each class is just like a 1:1 private training session. Learn correct form and cues to help you build your mind, muscle connection. At Love for Fitness, I strive to give you a workout experience you come back to week after week.

An addicting full body workout!
All exercises are timed, so each participant can work at their own personal best. Combining strength & conditoning to help kickstart your metabolism & strengthen your body from head to toe!

Improve your body inside & out!
Rid of your daily stress, all while gaining strength, mobility & power. This workout integrates equipment such as boxing gloves, jump ropes, heavy bags, pad work and strength exercises with weights!
This full body workout gets your heart pumping,
can help build muscle, improves balance
and so much more!

JOANNE
I leave these workouts feeling amazing! Workouts are NEVER the same and never boring! We use a huge variety of weights, kettlebells, body bars, weighted balls, etc. Jeanne has it all
KRISTEN
These small group classes have helped me get back into an exercise routine that I love. Jeanne really listens to what works and doesn't work for each person, helps you adapt exercises so you are still working hard and encourages you to go outside your comfort zone. I'm so happy I've found Jeanne and this group of strong, supportive women so close to home. Bring on the next class!
