Gingerbread Smoothie😋

This smoothies star superfood is CASHEWS!

A rich source of healthy fats that help protect against heart disease, cashews also provide minerals, such as copper, manganese and magnesium that are good for bone health.


1 frozen banana

1 scoop of gingerbread or vanilla protein (21g)

1/4 cup raw cashews (5g)

1 scoop marine collagen (10g)

1 tsp ground ginger

1/2 tsp nutmeg

1/2 tsp cinnamon

1 cup yofit vanilla chickpea mylk (10g)


~ Blend in your handy dandy blender 😋


It’s the perfect breakfast on the go or post-workout snack!
