  • Get 6 group virtual support calls to discuss challenges & answer questions.

  • Each week, learn & implement strategies that make building new habits & breaking old habits much easier.

  • Receive a "Building Healthy Habits workbook" to use during the duration of the challenge & included habit tracker  to keep accountability of your habits. 

  • Receive a High-Protein Recipe E-Book so you can start making meals that will help you look, feel & perform your BEST!
