Developing a regular routine that you can stick to is more important than what activity you are choosing to do.
If you want to get in shape, be healthy and reap the benefits of losing a few inches, you have to MOVE YOUR BODY consistently, every day.
There will always be more important things to do if you don’t put this first. And if you don’t put moving your body first, you will lose functioning of your body and your life will seriously suck when you have to get out of the car when you are older and cannot because you don’t have any lower body strength and have to use that handle thingy to pull yourself out.
Or when you have to use things like everyday stuff, like the stairs and you become out of breathe. I know this sounds mean, but sorry it’s the truth.
Moving your body ~ changes the way our body process nutrients, which changes the way we think, feel and perform. It is not only for physical health, but for the way our body functions internally.
I am so lucky that I get to train so many different women, who send me messages about how thankful they are for my workouts.
Don’t get me wrong, I ABSOLUTELY LOVE these messages .... keep sending them!!!
But, I did not make them show up to a scheduled workout, I did not push them to use a heavier kettlebell, THEY DID IT!
Results happen because of their ACTIONS, not mine. I always say that I offer all the tools, but in the end, it’s up to YOU to use them.
All I am saying is, you just need to get up and move.

✔️Press play & follow along a workout.
✔️Do some burpees.
✔️Do some jumping jacks.
