  • Personalized macronutrient guide for YOUR body recomposition. A detailed guide which includes specific macronutrient, meal suggestions and macro tracker

  • FOUR 30-minute phone check-ins monthly to reflect, discuss progress, challenges & adjust guide (when needed) to meet your specific body goal

  • Accountability and guidance to stay on course

  • Unlimited support and accountability between calls via preferred choice of communication
