STROLLER FIT

This social-distancing workout is tailored to support moms by offering a comfortable outdoor environment for exercise. No two classes are alike, with high and low impact modifications, so each mom can work at their own personal best.

In this cardiovascular workout, you will strengthen using bodyweight and improve functional mobility with plyometric exercises. Using an interval training format, which alternates between short work and rest times.
