  • Initial 20 MINUTE phone OR video consult to discuss current habits, lifestyle, goals & discuss HOW I can help

  • FOUR 60-MINUTE monthly phone OR video call check-ins (done weekly) to discuss the past week, reflect & plan of action for the week ahead​

​

  • Guidance of simple weekly actions chosen by yourself to build upon your current goal​​

​

  • Check-ins done via direct text message to me for support, guidance and accountability in between calls.

It's been a year since I made a decision to start getting back into a fitness routine. At the time it was just one of those things I new I should do, but never made the time for. Now, I hate it when I miss a class and look forward to what foal I'm going to smash next. 

I found Jeanne through a friend of a friend and we started with a few private sessions that made me remember how much I enjoy moving and challenging myself. I was taking it slow until a medical issue made me kick things up a notch. With Jeanne's help, stepping out of my comfort zone and joining group classes, and a lot of hard work, I was able to get back on track - without medication. Jeanne's approach was refreshing, I set my own goals, and she helps me work towards them through one to one conversations, regular check-ins, sharing tips and suggestions, reminding me of things I've forgotten or chosen to ignore, and teaching me things that I wish I had known years ago. 

I can honestly say that Jeanne's support, guidance, knowledge, and mentorship have given me the foundation I need to continue putting me first and making choices that will help me achieve my goals. I look forward to reaching more goals together.
